AZIGIPLU" Under the direcbon of Regulatory & Compliance Officer, the Dispute Management Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all Disputes related to mobile financial services are renewed and liaised through the mobile banking software. Grade :Junior Officer/Officer (commensurate based on experience) Kay leaspeesibilides • Generel Dreute Management process owner - Identifies disputes and may proacOvely implement corrective actions to help ensure adherence. • Monkor all mobile banking software Bark Office user role functlons. • Submit reports to regulatory authority as per requirements. • Maintains appropdate records and provides assigned reports including new customer acquisition/accounts status etc. • Responsible for hack-office support of account queries • Monitor and resolve Back Office operation and remplianoe issues.
