Marine Fisheries Academy Admission Result 2013-2014. Bangladesh Marine Fisheries Academy(BMFA) is a government-run training institution in Bangladesh for cadets wishing to enter the fishing industry, merchant shipping and other related maritime industries. Established in 1973, it is the only national organization offering training for these professions.


Marine Fisheries Academy Admission Result 2013-2014. Marine Fisheries Academy Undergraduate Admission: 2013-14. Applications are invited from the prospective students aiming to take undergraduate Programme (1. B.Sc (pass) Marine Engineering. B.Sc (pass) Marine Fisheries and three. B.Sc (pass) nautical Science) in Marine Fisheries Academy of Bangladesh, Chittagong in session 2012-2013 under National University, Bangladesh.


 Applications are invited from the prospective students desiring to take undergraduate Programme (1. B.Sc (pass) Marine Engineering, 2. B.Sc (pass) Marine Fisheries  and 3. B.Sc (pass) Nautical Science) in Marine Fisheries Academy of Bangladesh, Chittagong in session 2013-2014 under National University, Bangladesh     Important Information:

    For Nautical and Marine Engineering: Applicant must be passed SSC and HSC or Equivalent exam with (Math, Physics) minimum in grade C or with GPA 3.5.
    For Marine Fisheries:  Applicant must be passed SSC or equivalent with (Math and Physics) obtained GPA 3.5 and HSC or Equivalent exam with (Biology and Chemistry) minimum in grade C or with GPA 3.5.


    Maximum age limit 21 years on 31 December, 2013.
    Physically fit and healthy.
    Minimum height 162.5 cm for Male and 155 cm for Female and weight as per height.
    Applicants must have desired eye power Nautical and Marine Fisheries 6/6 & Marine Engineering 6/12 and normal color vision.
    Applicants must know how to swim and passed in standard swimming test
    Nautical and Marine Engineering Department : Unmarried (Male) and Bangladeshi Citizens.
    Marine Fisheries Department : Unmarried (Male and Female) and Bangladeshi Citizens
